Delegate Fluharty moves to amend Com Sub for HB4648 on page 4, Section 201, lines 10 and 11, by reinserting the stricken language “(2) The performance by each parent during the last twelve months of the parenting functions relating to the daily needs of the child;” into current law, and renumbering the subsequent subdivisions accordingly.
